The dates for our get togethers are below and includes any specific topics we will cover as and when they are booked


Herts Working Age

This Hertfordshire wide group was set up for working age people with the original aim of helping those still working to take control of their condition, keep active and network with others in the same situation.

We meet up on-line every six weeks and listen to experts on all aspects of living with Parkinson’s. We also get together in a location in Herts three times a year where we have speakers and break out groups to help with key self-help topics including exercise, diet, mental wellbeing and work policies.
