Group get togethers and a calendar of local activities
There are online and in-person activities
The dates for our get togethers are below.
This Hertfordshire wide group was set up for recently diagnosed people to take control of their condition, keep active and network with others in the same situation.
We catch up online every six weeks and listen to experts on all aspects of living with Parkinson’s. We also get together in a location in Herts three times a year where we have speakers and break out groups to help with key self-help topics including exercise, diet, mental wellbeing and work policies.
Please see below for the dates and times of our upcoming online catch ups and in person events. If you've not joined us before and would like to come along to any of our activities, please get in touch with us for more information via our contact form.
