Live Well With Parkinson's
This Hertfordshire wide group was set up for recently diagnosed people to take control of their condition, keep active and network with others in the same situation.
We catch up on-line every six weeks and listen to experts on all aspects of living with Parkinson’s. We also get together in a location in Herts three times a year where we have speakers and break out groups to help with key self-help topics including exercise, diet, mental wellbeing and work policies.

Welwyn and Hatfield Group Meeting
We offer information, friendship and support to local people with Parkinson's, their families and carers. We also organise regular events and social activities. Come and join us.
Join our supportive golf group lessons designed for
individuals with Parkinson’s. Improve your golf skills,
enhance your physical well-being, and enjoy social
interaction in a relaxing environment.
No meeting in September 2025. Each month there will be a topic of interest, education or entertainment followed by time to exchange news, relax and chat over refreshments. £2 charge to cover costs.

Everyone Active is offering a free membership for people living with Parkinson’s. Free membership is also available for carers to provide support, if needed.

Come and join our wonderful instructor Delia for a friendly exercise class for people living with Parkinson’s. Gentle on joints and designed to improve posture, balance, mobility and flexibility.
This is a dance class that has been specially designed for people with Parkinson’s. Classes start with seated exercises to warm up muscles, then standing exercise which include modified ballet moves.
Weekly exercise classes with physiotherapist Wendy. You have the opportunity to do it seated or standing. £5 per session including tea/coffee and biscuits afterwards.
Group meetings where people meet to enjoy a speaker, play games and light exercise. Also to share information and support. Outings arranged during the year.

The sessions are run by fully qualified instructors who have been specially trained for Parkinson's.
