Hi John,  a great big thank you to John for the gift of the Stretch Board- it has done wonders for my muscle cramps in my calf’s that occurs first thing in the morning.  Now virtually free but will continue to use it!  

Met John at our Bishops Stortford carers group. I felt that I have benefitted more from just one of his sessions that I have done from my GP in years!! Thanks for arranging the session.
